Currently, we only ship to residents within the United States. We offer free shipping, and 2-day expedited shipping for $8. Shipping times are estimates only.
When will I receive my order?
Orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. Shipments leave from our warehousing partners in Illinois, and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility.
How do I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at email@example.com.
What should I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact Info@5to9wellness.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

In order to begin processing a refund, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Remember to let us know your order number.
No returns required on your first order. Instead, we'll send you a short survey link to answer a few questions. After you submit this survey, we'll immediately process your full refund.
What if my order was damaged?**
If you have received an order that is damaged, please contact us via email at email@example.com and provide your order number and photos of the damaged product. Once we have received sufficient documentation of your damaged product, we will send you a new bottle free of charge!
How do I return an order?
If you are looking to return or exchange products, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you out! We will only accept brand-new and unopened bottles for returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
