I am on my 4th bottle of 5 to 9. I started getting really bad anxiety attacks last year and did not want to use meds. I’m not understanding the additives, the Lion’s Mane and L Theanine. I like that it is suppose to provide calm from stress and anxiety. The CBD I find the most satisfying is local produced from an excellent medicinal strain of Cannabis.
I like to use 5to9 as a way to unwind during the work week when I don’t want to drink alcohol
I put this in my tea nightly and i drift to sleep quickly. Be careful though, it’s strong. If I use a whole dropper full, I am extremely groggy, stick to 1/4 - 1/2
